We have been very pleased with the service so far from Mountain Valley. We were in a difficult situation and needed the foundation work completed immediately. John Hickey was amazing and advocated for us and was able to get us scheduled soon. He has been a pleasure to work with and very professional. We will add more once the work is completed, but based on the interaction with this company so far we feel we will be more than pleased with the outcome.

The salesman Trey Smedley came measured my house went thru with laser then came to me to show what he found explained everything. He answered every question I had, showed videos of how things were done. He was patient very polite. I’ve had other quotes but they never took time to show me what they found figured quote they didn’t go thru all the rooms only bedrooms. I had other places that Trey found and price for all work was not much higher and I’m getting what the other quote never discussed. My opinion you have a great salesman even when I broke down and cried because I’m stressed with issue and having to pay for all that’s wrong with house. He gave me a minute to get myself together. I’m widowed it’s me now and I struggle but this has to be done before it gets more costly. He deserves a good bonus you’re very lucky to have him on your team

10/10 recommend Cory and his crew out to service your foundational repair needs. I had them come out the first time in the summer to come up with a plan to restore replace and renew my basement. They help assess and kill the dangerous mold and encapsulated to prevent any further damage. I then had them out the second time which was just this weekend and they installed 8 jack/support beams and left my basement looking like I can rent it out on air bnb. All that said, excellent experience with total professionalism.

From the initial inspection by Landon, through the foundation repait by Brantley, Pat, Julian and Bobby, through the pier and beam installation by Matt and Tyron, to include the cost saving change, and finally the concrete leveling by Carnell and Desmond all work was done completely, professionally and timely with a constant flow of information on the process. Mount Valley Foundation did a wonderful job on our crawl space. From the beginning, Clint was very easy to understand & gave us affordable options. The encapsulation only took 3 days & the crew finished up the third evening at 7:00 pm, just in time before Helene came. Our home usually would have flooded during a storm like this, but with Mount Valleys installation of the draining pipes, the water was pumped out successfully. The crew that did the installation was wonderful as well, thank you to Donovan Rougeaux, Isaiah Davis, & Cory Phillips for the quick installation.

These guys did a great job from start to finish, Brandon, the rep explained everything in detail, was very straightforward and honest about the process, Will, Jimmy, Ober showed up time and worked very hard in the bad weather till past dark . Austin and Michael showed up on time the next day and worked Nonstop and carefully to finish the process. Mount Valley gave me peace of mine regarding the repair and stability of my home.
