Clint Geog

For those of you who haven’t met him, I’d like to introduce you to Clint Geog who has joined Groundworks and will serve as Regional Manager of the Carolinas. His responsibilities will include furthering our sales and operational excellence, through the development of individuals.

Adding Clint’s skillset and experience to the team will allow us to further strengthen and differentiate our brands in Carolinas, allowing us to continue our mission to build the first national foundation services company.

Clint joins us most recently from Sears Home Services, where he oversaw over 2,000 associates across fifteen states was responsible for delivering $280 million in revenue. Prior to Sears, Clint served as Divisional Vice President of Terminix where he oversaw all branch operations for the West and South West divisions of the U.S. During his 22-year tenure with Terminix, Clint held a multitude of roles, moving up in the organization while consistently demonstrating an unrelenting commitment to serving the customer and delivering revenue growth for the organization.

Clint resides in Chapel Hill, NC, with his wife Stephanie and his two fur-kids, Steve McQueen and Stella, a French Bull Dog and a Pug, respectively. He originally hails from Ohio and is of course a “Buckeye Fan”. Throughout his career Clint has worked or lived in 39 of the 50 states.
